The 'Manage Users' tab within the Organisation tab is where you manage access to your organisation on the ISG.
The 3 roles that are important to have assigned within your organisation are:
- Data Protection Officer - Allows DPO Reviews to be sent to the user
- Senior Officer - Allows Sign Off Requests to be sent to the user
- Administrator - Allows the user to edit organisations information
On the ISG free licence, there is a limitation of 3 users within the Manage Users page, this allows smaller organisations to still use the ISG and have all the necessary roles. Once a free organisation has reached the limit of 3 users they will receive the following banner at the top of the Manage Users page:
