Users can add all organisations and other contributors involved in the DPIA in the contacts tab. This is available to do before completing the screening questionnaire so that the screening can be completed in a collaborative way.
All members of the authoring organisation will automatically have access to the DPIA. Any contributors you wish to add from other involved organisations must be added as a contributor.
It is important that all parties involved are added to the contacts tab so they can access the DPIA. Contributors will receive an email notification letting them know that they have been added as a contributor.
Organisations
It is vital that all organisations that are involved in the DPIA are added to the contacts tab, this will allow users from that organisation to then be added as a contributor. In the Organisations section of the contacts tab you will see each organisations information including Name, ICO Registration Number, Assurance Status and how many members of the organisation have been added as a contributor. Here you can also see the comments that have been made by each organisation.
Contributors
Contributors are users that have been invited to be involved in a DPIA by the Author. The contributors section of the contacts page lists these users and includes information such as email address, organisation, their roles, if they have accepted the invitation to be a Contributor and any comments they have made.
