To involve organisations within your Data Flow click the 'Add Organisations from Data Sharing Summary' button. Your organisation will be added to the data flow automatically.
Next Select the organisation(s) you wish to involve using the checkbox next to the organisation in the list.
Once you are happy with your selections click the 'Add Organisations' button.
To undo these changes, click the 'Discard Changes' button and the organisation(s) highlighted will be removed.
To remove a single organisation click the bin icon next to the organisation you wish to remove.
Once you are happy with the organisations involved in your data flow, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Save Data Flow' button.
If you are having issues with organisations/users not coming up when you are trying to send for DPO Review or Sign Off, it is likely that the organisation has been missed from this list, as this page powers those two tabs.
Adding Organisations after the Data Flow has been finalised
If an organisation has been missed or another organisation becomes involved in the Data Flow, you can still add the additional organisation even after the Data Flow has been finalised and signed by some organisations.
To add an organisation to a finalised Data Flow, firstly ensure that the organisation has been added to the Sharing Summary. A guide for this process can be found here How to add Sharing Organisations.
Then follow the same steps above to add the additional organisations to your Data Flow.
You will now need to request sign off from this organisation so their Senior Officer is able to sign off the Data Flow. A guide to this process can be found here How to send for Senior Officer Sign Off
