How to Unlock a User

To unlock a users account first use the top bar to navigate to Admin > Manage Accounts.

Next search for the user using the search bar if they are not already displayed in the list, if a user has locked their account a padlock icon will appear in the 'Tools' column of their account details highlighted below. Click the padlock to unlock the account.
