How to Submit Screening

To submit your Screening, complete all questions in the Screening Questionnaire then click the 'Submit Screening' button highlighted below.

The Screening outcome will be displayed before submission and may change depending on the answers you give. 

Please note that once a Screening has been submitted you will no longer be able to edit your answers. If your Screening is wrong or has been submitted by accident you will need to create a new DPIA.
