If you would like to reopen a support ticket first click the 'filter/search' button, select the 'Show Closed' criteria then click 'Update.'
You will now see all tickets that you have previously submitted that have been closed, select the ticket you wish to reopen.
Then click 'Reopen' and your ticket status will move from closed to open and you can add additional comments if you wish.
