How to Mark an Organisation as a Facilitator

There may be a need for an organisation to facilitate in creating the Data Sharing Summary and Data Flows but not actually participate in the data sharing. In this case you can mark this organisation as a facilitator.

To mark an organisation as a facilitator select 'Facilitator' from the flow direction options. This can be done upon adding the organisation by the Quick Add or Look up options, or can be done directly in the 'Organisations Involved' list.

This now shows organisations involved in the data sharing that this organisation is a facilitator.
