How to Manage an Organisation

Changing an Organisations Role

You can view more information about an organisation in the DPIA contacts tab by clicking the pencil icon next to the name of the organisation you want to look at (highlighted below)

Here you can also change the role of the organisation e.g. Data Controller. Simply select the box next to the roles you wish the organisation to have and click "Save"

View Comments Made by an Organisation

To view comments that have been made by an organisation click the speech bubble icon highlighted below

Remove an Organisation from your DPIA

To remove an organisation from the DPIA click the Bin icon next to the organisation you wish to remove, highlighted below.

Please note that this will also remove any contributors that have been added from this organisation.
