How to Manage a Risk

To manage your risks in the risk assessment by adding actions to mitigate or change the risk, click the pencil icon by the risk you wish to edit, highlighted below.

User added risks can be fully edited here however for system generated risks only the Action, Action Description and Final Rating can be edited.

Once you have edited or added your actions and final ratings, click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the form to confirm the changes.
