How to Copy a Data Flow

To Copy an existing Data Flow click the blue copy button under the 'Tools' column next to the Data Flow you wish to copy.

This will create a copy of the data flow and you will be redirected to the new data flow to complete, all information in the original flow apart from the Risk Assessment, DPO Reviews and Sign Offs will be copied into this new Data Flow. Continue creating the flow as you usually would and click 'Save Data Flow' to save your work.
