When an Administrator from one of your organisation requests for their organisation to be closed you will receive an email notifying you of your request. The email will also detail the reason for the closure request.
For duplicate organisations we recommend merging the organisations instead to ensure all items remain accessible by the organisation. For more information on how to merge organisations please see How to Merge your Organisation with others
To action to closure request navigate to the Admin > Organisations page.
If your list is not showing the 'Close Requested' column click the Customise Grid button.
Select the Column Chooser Tab and select 'Close Requested' from the list. Then click the check icon in the top right of the pop up to confirm your selection.
Next, search for the organisation that you wish to close, if a closure has been requested the date of the request will appear in the 'Close Requested' column. To close the organisation click the bin icon, then confirm you wish to close the organisation in the pop up.
If you wish to reactivate an organisation click the green restore button.
