How to add Sharing Organisations

There are two ways to add a sharing organisation to your Data Sharing Summary. You can either use the Quick Add option to add organisations you often share with, or the Lookup option to search the ISG and ICO register for your sharing organisations.

Quick Add

To quick add your organisations use the dropdown box highlighted below to select your organisation and use the tick boxes below this to select the sharing activity this organisation will have. Once completed click the 'Add' button to add them to your Data Sharing Summary. You will then see the organisation move to the Organisations Involved list.

Lookup

When the organisation you are sharing with does not appear in your list you can add them by clicking the 'Lookup' button highlighted below.

You will then be prompted to search for an organisation by name or ICO number and a list will be generated of your results like the below example. Displayed will be two lists, one for ISG results and one for ICO Register results. To add the organisation simply click the 'Select' button by the organisations name.

If the organisation you need to add to your Sharing summary does not appear in either list you can use the third section, enter the organisations details manually into the text box then click 'Save'.
