How to Add an Organisation

To add an Organisation in the DPIA Contacts tab, click the text box highlighted below, this will bring up a list of the organisations that you can choose from.

Quick Add

Select the organisation/s that you wish to add to your DPIA and click "Ok"

Lookup Add

If the organisation is not in this list you can use the "Lookup" button to search the organisation by name or by ICO number. As the below image shows, results are split in two, the first list of results will show Organisations registered on the ISG and the second will show the Organisations that are not registered with the ISG but registered with the ICO. From here you can select the organisation by clicking the "Select" button next to the organisation you wish to add. 

If the organisation you wish to add does not appear on either list you can manually add the organisation details in section 3 and click "Save"

Once you have selected the organisation that you wish to add you will then be required to confirm the add by clicking the 'Add Organisations' button highlighted below.

This organisation will then move to the list of organisations above and has now been successfully added as an organisation to your DPIA.
