How to add a user submitted Risk

To add a user submitted risk, in the Risk Assessment tab click the 'Add Risk' button highlighted below

The below form will appear and gives you the opportunity to add the description details of your risk as well as the Initial Rating, Actions and Final Rating.

Once you are happy with the details entered click the 'Save' button to add your risk to your risk assessment.
