How to Add a Risk

To add a risk to your risk assessment directly from the DPIA Template follow the guidance below:

1. Click on the danger/risk icon (highlighted below) next to the question you would like the risk to apply to:
   
   
2. You will notice the question is pre-populated, now fill in the information within the popup that appears and press 'Add Risk'
   
   

You can now go to the 'Risk Assessment' tab within your DPIA and you will see the risk that you just created with the question next to it.
